The lock-out or flexivilla
design allows the villa to be used as a whole for up to
six people or to be divided into two independent units: a
one bedroom suite sleeping four, two in the master bedroom
and two on the sleep sofa in the living room, and a hotel
room sleeping two. When the unit is used as two separate
entities, the sliding glass doors from the second bedroom
to the main terrace are shuttered and locked thereby
ensuring privacy for both parties.
